Oosh Booth will provide the chosen hire option for your event, we require a non refundable deposit of £75 to secure your booking with the full balance becoming payable via cheque, bank transfer or online banking 14 working days before your event.
By booking the Photo Booth you agree to images taken at your event to be used for Social Media purposes and Marketing. (If this is not acceptable then please let us know).
We will aim to arrive 1- 1 ½ hours before the event to set up, the hire time will be operated within the agreed hire time. If the Photo Booth is closed due to technical difficulties, we will add the time to the end of you booking, a refund can only be made if the hire item is not operational. This is refunded on a pro rata basis, based on the time lost. Each Photo has a time stamp so we are able to record the actual operational time.
Oosh Booth cannot be held liable to failure of the video recording inside the booth. If failure of the printer occurs we will encourage the guests to continue using the booth and to write in the album. The pictures will be printed after the event and your album posted directly to you along with a second copy of all the images.
Oosh Booth cannot be held liable due to venue difficulties or over running speeches etc. Delays due to traffic or breakdown a refund will be given pro rata. Whilst we encourage our guests to have fun no food or drink is to enter the hire items. If we feel that the hire items are not being treated in a respectful manner we will close the item until it can be safely restarted. We will not accept any threatening behaviour, if this occurs we will stop the use of the hire item and dismantle with no refund.
Cancellation terms
If you wish to cancel a booking the deposit of £75 is non- refundable. We ask for 1 month written notice prior to your event to cancel your booking. If written notice is not received within this time then the full payment will be due with no refund.
By paying a deposit you understand and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
